The Banes s.r.o was founded in January 1993 as an engineering company focused on the made-to-order machining, mainly performed on the automatic lathes. In 1994 it extended its activities to cover the assembly of machined parts for large-scale production runs. Currently the company operates in this form, divided into two divisions – machining and assembly.

The Banes company is located in Soběslav on the premises of the former LADA Soběslav company. There are approximately 50 employees working in the machining division, on a two-shift operation (three-shift operation without attendance). An additional 50 employees are working in the assembly division on a one-shift operation. The company operates in its own facilities with a total area of 3500m2.

The company owners are Mr. Ing. Pavel Baloun (statutory representative), responsible for the management of the machining division, and Mr. František Sládek responsible for the management of the assembly division.

Our company has strong focus on quality assurance, a necessary condition for the automotive industry and precision machining. Due to available capacities we are flexible to extend our production.

Our company has implemented and follows the quality system in accordance with CSN EN ISO 9001:2001 norm. Character of our production does not allow for small-scale and single-piece production runs. The company is mainly focused on rotary parts production.
